The Harmac Pacific Room 

A lovely venue for corporate or small business meetings or pre-show or post event receptions. The Harmac Room is air-conditioned with a commanding view of the harbour.

Bookings can be taken on days that the Theatre is not rented, therefore your booking can only be confirmed 2 months in advance of your event.


Rental Rates:
$150.00: 4 hour booking
$250.00: full day (8 hours)
$25.00 per hour - House Management Fee for set up and take down of room
Technician required if needing a/v or microphone set up (4hr minimum call at current hourly rate)
Coffee/Tea/Jui available  

Hospitality services offered:
Bartender service is required for alcohol sales a 4 hr. minimum call at $17.00 hr plus 15% gratuity unless sales exceed $300.00

Capacity:

Workshop setting: 35 people with tables & chairs, Boardroom setting 24 people maximum

Reception: 75 people (stand-up with some chairs)


Main Lobby Rental

Available for receptions or trade shows provided the Theatre is not booked for another event. We can only take your Lobby booking two months in advance of your event. Take our virtual tour on this website for Lobby views.

$300 for a 4 hour period.
$600 - 4:00 p.m.  till 11:00 p.m. 
$600 - full day 8:00 a.m. till 4:00 p.m.
$900 - day & evening 8:00am - 11:00pm

$25.00 per hour - House Management Fee for set up and take down of room
