The Port Theatre Society has been presenting an array of performing artists since 1998. We have won several awards for excellence in programming from industry peers. In short, The Port Theatre is about excellence; something your company would be associated with when you become a sponsor!

We are committed to working with our sponsors to create successful incentives and/or promotional programs (show your ticket stub promotions, dinner packages, post-event dessert specials, lobby receptions, 2 for 1's etc.). These will further increase the value of your sponsorship. Sponsors can enjoy the benefits of their special evening at the theatre with a reception in the beautiful Harmac Pacific Room or Main Floor Lobby.

The Port Theatre will assist you in finding the show that targets your demographics and markets your company as "community and arts minded". Anything is possible, just ask!

Sponsorship Benefits & Marketing Exposure - various levels of sponsorship are available.

Your logo on monitors: On the night of your sponsored event, your company's logo will appear on the Lobby TV monitors.  

Thank you from stage:  Your company's generous support will be announced before the event from stage. 

Exposure to Port Theatre Members & Media in our virtual Season Launch press announcement for our new season!  

Name on Tickets:  Your Company's name is printed on all your sponsored event tickets.

VIP Ticket Service: Value: approx.$600 - You will be provided with 10 pairs of tickets per Sponsored Event to distribute to your clients and guests. 

Targeted Emails & a link from our website  Included in all targeted emails sent to the Port Theatre's extensive data base, which targets the same market you are trying to reach.  

Spotlight Series Magazine mailing & display: 20,000 Spotlight Series brochures will be mailed twice annually to The Port Theatre members. Spotlight Magazine is also distributed across Vancouver Island to Chambers and Info Centres. 

Plus your promotional material can be displayed in our Ticket Centre brochure rack. 

Harmac Pacific Room or Lobby Reception: Entertain your guests in style before or after the show. The Harmac Pacific Room, on the balcony third level of the Theatre, will be made available free for your sponsored event, or host a post-show reception in our Main Lobby.

Lobby Banners & Displays: Your company banner, signage or display can be in The Port Theatre lobby for your sponsored event.  

Your corporate name or logo will also appear: In our in house programme, on all printed material for your sponsored event, mentioned in all press releases for your show, on the LED Screen in the Harbour Front Plaza and acknowledgement in The Port Theatre's Annual Report.
