Come enjoy the afternoon Big Band sounds of Dock Side Drive, with your Charcuterie Lunch Box (optional) and a beverage in a casual festival setting. For those that love to dance, the dance floor will be yours!
Dock Side Drive, one of the West Coast’s hottest swing & show bands – entertains audiences with music of the classic swing genre with a fresh “Little Big Band” style and sound. They offer a blend of vocal and instrumental tunes that will usher you through more than seven decades of song, including the music of your favourite Big Band era tunes such as Sing Sing Sing, Route 66, Blue Skies, Boogie Woogie Bugel Boy, Hit That Jive Jack, Hallelujah I Just Love Him So, Jump, Jive and Wail, A-Train, Come Together, Puttin on the Ritz, At Last… and dozens more.
Dock Side Drive musicians include Joey Smith, Anita Bonkowski, Heather Burns (rhythm section); Dave Flello, Paul Wainwright (horns); Chris Newstead, Fran Bitonti, & Angela Ireland (vocals).
